Składniki na około 12 placuszków
150 g mąki pełnoziarnistej
szczypta soli oraz sody oczyszczonej
2 jajka
3 bardzo dojrzałe banany
50 g cukru
10 g cynamonu
szczypta kardamonu
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- Mąkę przesiej, dodaj proszek do pieczenia, sól, sodę oczyszczoną, cynamon oraz kardamon.
- Oddziel białka od żółtek, ubij białka na sztywno, następnie dodaj cukier.
- Dodaj żóltka oraz suche składniki, miksuj wszystko około 3 minut.
- Banany pokrój w kostkę lub rozgnieć widelce, dodaj do ciasta i wymieszaj łyżką.
Placuszki smaż na patelni beztłuszczowej, na delikatnym ogniu. Usmażone polej delikatnie miodem.
