Truskawki to jedne z moich ulubionych sezonowych owoców, uwielbiam je właściwie pod każdą postacią, w daniach wytrawnch, do smoothies, a nawet w kieliszeczku prosecco choć wiadomo najlepiej nadają się do deserów.
Dlatego postanowiłam upichcić deser, który zawsze wychodzi-serio!
Mocno czekoladowy smak, z dodatkiem truskawek smakuje wszystkim, zawsze i znika w mgnieniu oka.
Brownie z truskawkami
Składniki na blachę o wymiarach 21cm x 28cm
130 gr mąki do deserów
200 gr gorzkiej czekolady
200 gr masła
3 jajka
200 gr cukru
10 truskawek
1. Masło roztopić na małym ogniu, dodać 150 gr czekolady cały czas mieszając aż do całkowitego roztopienia
2. W oddzielnej miseczce zmiksować jajka z cukrem, następnie dodać do nich roztopioną wczesniej czekoladę z masłem, wszystko wymieszać na gładką masę
3. Dodać mąkę i zmiksować do uzyskania jednolitej masy, wyłożyć do przygotowanej blaszki wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia
4. Pokrojone w plasterki truskawki poukładać na cieście, posypać resztą czekolady (50gr)
5. Wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnika 170st na 35 minut
